I don't want to ue a vpn can someone direct me in a website thats a good vps for paypal as well as delivers fairly quickly

I rather a virtual computer that I can just log on through rdp opposed to connecting to a vps and having to clear cookies and such

What I seem to notice is that a VPS is no more different than running a VMWare with either a VPN or an Internet Device.

VPS is just a virtual PC that is run on a server somewhere.. it's a good option.

It's easily identifiable though. I can tell if an IP address is local, a VPN, VPS, etc. The hosting company gives it away, for example AWS.

So while you might want to go VPS.. it might be better just to stick to a local IP and follow eBay Stealth and use 'user accounts' on your PC.
