Changing IP Address in Verizon Fios

I'm Victim of Ebay. So I Purchase this guidance to get back on.I'm Using Verizon fios Service It chages My IP Automatically every 120 min.So Do i Have to change it again...?

And as you saying in tutorial i change the mac address and did it.It get changed.How often do i have to do it if i'm using only one ebay account...?

Changing the IP address is more important than the MAC address. If your IP address has never been used on a banned ebay account, then you can use it. Since your IP changes so much, you should keep an excel sheet to keep track of IPs to ensure there are no repeats.

Are you sure you are pulling a new IP? You have a fiber service?

Typically fios has one IP unless you call into verizon and have the box reset.
