VPN IP question

Hello Everyone,
I have a new stealth eBay account registered under Mississipi state. Can I access this account using a VPN connection of (Los Angeles Server) or (Las Vegas Server) location with a Static IP Address?

I live in Las Vegas area and my previous account is suspended.

What's most important is that the ip your using is dedicated and fresh and from a reliable provider, if it is you'll be fine

I regularly use different state IPs for my US-based accounts without issue.

Ex. This early morning, I was accessing a TX-based account with NY IP - account has been solid for years /knock on wood
