i must have a dynamic ip address?
cause my internet service want money for that and not me paying the bills in the house..so its a little bit problem
right now i have static ip
what i can do to replace ip and continue?

if you have static IP and you have multiple accounts, you can get dedicated VPNs for each account or get something like a dongle or tethering to get dynamic IPs. Keep track of your IPs for repeat.

i didnt open yet any new account, so what i need to do? i dont understand what you write..you please can explain it to me what i should do?
