i live in israel, but i dont want to sell dropshipping from my country because the option in the shipping and because not many people want to buy from my country
so if i want to be locate with my ip in a different country..what i need to do?
and if i do it it makes a problem..cause i want to put that my ebay address will be in the USA but the paypal not cause i'am not a citizen of USA
what you think i should do ? because i want all of this becuse I want to appear on time delivery within one week and not two weeks

You would need a US IP if you want to run a US eBay account

You could then link in a PayPal from your own country to the ebay

If you need USA ips, you would simply need to get a VPN or VPS, just make sure its a reputable provider and get a dedicated ip

i want an US address only because the stores that i use for drop shipping locate in the US
