IP Address doesn't change after changing MAC

Hello, I've been trying to change my IP address using the MAC address settings. I changed some of the numbers in the MAC Address and reconnected the modem and router, but the IP stayed the same.

Also of note is the MAC address for the WAN changed, but the MAC address for the LAN is still the same. Does this have anything to do with it, and would a different router help? Thanks.

Also my IP is Dynamic so I don't think that would be the problem in this case.

Whose your ISP? You might just be stuck with a static ip, if that's the case you would need an alternative to change your ip such as a mifi, dongle, hotspot, VPN or VPS etc
