No local VPN

I am having a problem of finding an affordable VPN local to NC, let alone Charlotte!

Will having a Static IP in another state (east coast) raise flags with Amazon & eBay? If so, will it be better to have a dynamic IP?

Also, does Amazon & eBay know you have a VPN? If so, will this raise flags also?

In my experience with Amazon it doesn't make the slightest bit of difference as long as it's the same country.

With Ebay it doesn't matterfor me either, in the UK at least

Avoid cheap and free VPNs. Those are overused and easily detectable.

Get a VPN with a Fresh IP never used on AMZ/EB before.

Specific state location is irrelevant as long as its within the same country, you'll have no issues, just make sure you get it from a reliable provider with a good quality Dedicated IP
