3 stealth accounts went over limit
 

Hi I used 3 eBay stealth accounts in 2016 and went over 20k for esch account . My accountant told me to call PayPal and confirm those stealth accounts are mine which I did and all three I put in my SS name and addresss and did not get the mccc999 message from eBay. Also I forgot to mention that PayPal wants prof it's me with a license or passport and a utility bill which both have different address to my suspended account. Also when I got suspended I had already turned my ebay account to a s corporation. Am I doing the right thing here?

Stealth account and SSN don't belong in the same sentence. If you provided your real SSN then you no longer have a stealth account. Unless I am missing something here? Seems to me you broke some major stealth rules then asked questions later.

Thats what I tht. He doesn't seem to understand what stealth is. I even wonder if its ok to ever go over 20k, shouldn't we watch something like that? raise flags with irs

You need a new accountant and you need to understand stealth better.

Your account should not care at all about the possible 1099K. He can not even do anything with it.
