Paypal+Ebay = Device Fingerprinting

Is it true that paypal and ebay use siftscience for device fingerprinting or other solution?
I'm not able to find the website where I found this mention, but if I do I'll update the thread.

there is no possible way I have 3 banned eBay Accounts and I have 6 new eBay accounts all on the same computer zero issues....
I have a 'separate login' and IP for each account on my computer.
All of my accounts have forwarded email to one master email account so I only have to check one email addy.

I can confirm that eBay do not use utilize that particular service. Their customer database (the companies that use them) doesn't recognize the eBay domain.

No they don't. 2 of my accounts are banned and i am still creating new accounts with

same IP Address.
