Question about Stealth account
 
Is it imperative that I use a VPN like 24vc for stealth? Or can I still have nice long term stealth account without one?

If you are going stealth, a fresh dedicated IP is the easiest option.

A VPN is usually accessed by multiple people, meaning multiple people who may or may not be using it for PayPal/eBay could be using the same country thus IP as you.

Just buy a dedicated proxy, at the same/cheaper price than a monthly VPN. If you have no idea what you're looking for, pay the extra and buy from here as you know what you're getting is likely suited for your needs.
