Hello, decently new here but I have a goal and I need help.
So I need eBay/PP account but I need it so when I receive an eBay payment it doesn't get held.
With that being said.. I would like to be able to transfer that money out so I can use it off of a card or from bank fairly quickly to avoid chargebacks. So I think I would need a VBA and VCC linked and have the ability to access the transaction history in the card/bank account so I can verify transactions.
Anyone know if it is possible to have all this and what do I need to avoid money being held?
