Inkfrog not pulling address information if buyer hasnt paid
 

Hello
I am just trying to use inkfrog for the first time. Everything seems fine and it is pulling information over for all products that have been paid.

However if a user hasnt yet paid for an item it shows a message:

Buyer Details:
Buyer address not currently available because payment is pending. You may edit the address manually.

Is there anyway that the address details can be pulled over without the buyer paying?

I sell high value items and have been often contacting customers before payment has been made as we set all our products to "Courier heavy item" which blocks the buyer paying until the product is invoiced

Try clicking on 'Send Invoice' to buyer without actually sending it.
you can see the buyer's address
