I understand that in the case of stealth, ip is the most important thing to be clean and not flagged ... but i was paranoid with two techies, they stated that constant IP is not something that matters in these days, there are rotary networks, and in your country you can go to any ip with the wrong past ... and that is no reason not credibility.
Nobody can restrict you sales because you use another computer ...

3) So if the rotary IP will not be better? sometimes pure as dirty as in life.
