Running multiple account from 1 pc? Is it possible

Hey guys
I am a newbie here
I tried to search relative forums,but I didn’t get the answers
Please help me

I plan to buy multiple ebay accounts...
Can I use VPS( Virtual Private Server) for each account and use all that with my pc and the same internet connection?

Yes you can run multiple account on the same PC using different user accounts.

Stealth guide is worth reading. A lot of answers in there.
