Using an old Paypal Account
 

I was suspended from ebay about 2 years ago
I started 2 stealth accounts and was up and back in business after 6 months of "grooming" the new eBay and Paypal Accounts
The problem I have that one of my new ebay accounts has only one Paypal account. I have 2 old paypal accounts that are 15+ years old. I have since changed the eMail address on both this old accounts and want to use them on one of my stealth accounts. These old paypal accounts have zero limits and even now 2 years later I am approaching my "Annual Limit" I have already lost one paypal account because I am back selling high value items and the annual limits on my new paypal accounts. So the big question am I "Safe" using my old paypal accounts with the changed email?
I suppose I could start with a new ebay stealth account to "test" but I though someone here maybe has already tested this???

So this comes up often. You "CAN" add a new PayPal to ebay account "BUT" there's a chance that the new PayPal may go down as well. So there is no such thing as "SAFE". The minute you add the new PayPal you are risking the PayPal and ebay account.

On the flipside, some people had added a new PayPal to an ebay account and have had zero problems, it's all about luck.
