Category Limits on Multiple Stealth
I have multiple accounts with high limits that are around a year old. However unable to list on some because of cat limits. When I call in they immediately throw me into a 3rd party identity questionaire after asking if this is my first time on ebay as if Ive had other accounts. Must have been 15mins long as I obviously failed with stealth. So I said just give me the lower limits at least for now as I dont want to keep doing this. They gave me 5 items a month with no cash limit meaning nothing over $1 until I pass (basicslly just approved the listing that kept getting denied). Is this something new? I havent had this issue before over the phone. Usually reps just bumped my limits.. i dont even get automatic raises anymore and its been over a year. I have to call in no matter what if I want one.. |
