Hi,

My ebay account was suspended a few years ago, which was linked to my sole proprietorship business account, using my SSN.

I am going to open a new business ebay account, with a new business entity LLC or S corporation in CA.

After making a new business, I am going to use a new ebay account. However, in order to make a new business entity, I have to invest a new business location or virtual office, a new bank account, and a registration fee, which cost around $1000.

Before investing that money, I want to avoid risking the suspension of ebay account.

My question is
1. Is the above process the right step for business?
2. How many accounts are available for LLC or corporation?
3. Do I need to make a new EIN number for a new business and can I use it for ebay registration?
4. Can I make another one if a new ebay account happens to be suspended?

Maybe I can ask more.

Hmm... this is a little bit of a tangled up set of questions.

I think it'd be best if you start fresh from the right point.
ebay stealth can do that for you. All you need to do is follow the instructions in it step by step, then come back here asking more of the "right" questions

I Know nothing about stealth accounts, but my experience relate to yours, I have a business ( sole p) link to my account, e bay close my account.after a year live in another city open a LLC try to open an account an was close in the same day..I think because of my social.

1. Yes, that's right
2. one account with one LLC
3. You need to have 1 EIN to register
4. You can not create another account
