Ok so here is the deal. PayPal recently shut my account down that was linked to my savings account. Not sure why they even did it, I sent them my ID and everything but I'm not going to bother fighting them but rather start with a new stealth account. I have a fresh new stealth account and would like to use a different bank and link it to my stealth account. My question is which bank has the easiest account creation? Do you have to actually go to a branch to do it all or can some banks allow account creation all online?

Do you actually live in Canada? cause your flag seems to indicate otherwise.
If you don't live in Canada there is no bank you can use to open an account with.

Ideally you need to reside in the country you plan to open a bank account in.
I dont know of any bank/country that lets you open an account with them, but not be residing in that country. It would look a little too fishy. I don't think banks would approve.
There are some exceptions to this rule, but very rare.
Unless you live in Canada none are going to be easy
If you live in a country with a HSBC they can sometimes help you open bank accounts in countries that are over seas although usually its a US account that people open
Yes, I live in Canada. I have changed my flag. Sorry for the confusion. I was thinking of RBC or HSBC but I am not sure which one to use or maybe there is another bank where it can be fully made online?
Id go with RBC.
I say this because if you have an account with them it is quite easy to open more accounts online should you require them.
In addition they have one of the best ways to get a US based bank account through their Centura affiliate in the US - I have 5 US based accounts with Centura and theyre fee free.

I actually have no accounts with RBC. I am with Scotiabank. I could open another one with Scotiananl but I thought maybe to be safe I should make an account at a totally different bank so that when they see my name again, it won't look obvious that its the same guy or does PayPal not care?

Why not sign up to PayPal with a different name?
I dont think your tactic will work, as I doubt PayPal check bank similarities, as much as they do the actual name, date of birth, address, etc.
Yup I have a new unused stealth PayPal account which is with a different name and with that one I will be linking my bank. Just need to know which bank would be best to link with this one. A new bank with new account would be best rather than new account with the old bank, wouldn't it?

I cant see it making a dime of difference.
If all the major elements are unique, as mentioned in the stealth guide etc., that will more than suffice.
Is the stealth guide only for Ebay accounts or can it be used for people who only sell stuff on their website? For example I don't use ebay. I sell stuff on my site.

Don't they have a high monthly fee? From what I see, their lowest is $14 a month.
