More ebay & PayPal account with same Phone number(different country)???
 

So currently I have 1x PayPal & Ebay account where i selling digital products.
On my Ebay account i have only 10 free listing.

I was thinking about i will create multiple Ebay & PayPal accounts for more free listing.

The problem is i need fresh dedicated IP address for each one eBay & PP account. I saw IPBurger has only UK IP-s in the EU.
But i'm not from UK.

So my question is when i create a new eBay account, and need to verify my phone number, then can i use different country phone number for a UK eBay account?

Will eBay suspend my account for this? And Will i get Limitation on PayPal?

Who's phone number will you be using anyways? Do you have access to that said phone number in any way?

It's best to match all info from the same country honestly.
