Open Paypal US and i want to set everything right without blocking the account..
 

I have EBAY account I bought from someoneused for 2 years .. It is on cloud VPN.
I have an Israeli paypal, currently the fee is 4.4% and another 0.3 on each sale.
I got sales of 30K a month, I asked PayPal to lower the percentage on the fee, and they tell me that the lowest Israeli Paypal you can get is 3.4% if you reach a volume of 130K
Now I thought about and I want to open paypal us (because they get 2.9% on start), I have an option to open an LLC company and a bank account
Now my questions:
1) Should I have my bank account on a company or private name?
2) When I open a new paypal What should I open a company account or private account?
3) What should PayPal request to verify future details? Phone? Addresses? Or EIN?
4) Is it okay for my EBAY account to receive a new PayPal?
5) Is it OK in EBAY address in Israel and my PayPal is in the United States?
6) What happens with PayPal blocked? Can I open another PayPal on the same bank account?

1. You will need a US bank account in your name.
2. Company account
3. All of those
4. Not best idea - can cause problems later on but can never know when exactly. Risky - best to start fresh.
5. I don't think that's a good idea - all info should match
6. No you can't - PP won't let you

Thank you very much for the answers I wanted to know a little more details

1) Can 2 US accounts be placed on PayPal 1 (not at the same time)
I am an Alliant Bank bank and after a while I change bank to Bank of America, it is possible that there will be problems in Paypal?
2)Can I use my company name as my first name when I'm opening a US PayPal? I won't PayPal to see my real name mentioned anywhere.
