Please help with legit. multiple eBay accounts!
 

Hello members.
I have a situation with my legitimate accounts which I would need to clarify.
I have two well established eBay accounts with close to 500 feedbacks on each one but with different selling limit. One 1000/£100000 and the second 100/£3500. Both of them are business. I've rented the highest one to someone with intention to sell it completely. The guy changed the PP payments in the listing to it's own I suspect stealth PP. (everything else on my name).
We sell same things (delivered by email) not that VERO but could be questionable as I see now. Non of the listings have been suspended or limited for a month now except I've reached selling limit which eBay didn't want to lift.
What is bothering me:
1. He is reaching now EU threshold and sales only growing. Will it affect me somehow financially in the future? (the money are going to he's PP).
2. How eBay will look at it (we use two PC in different locations and outside the UK - i'm talking about UK accounts.) I don't use VPN but he does with an UK location. I had couple of phone calls with eBay regarding block they placed and said that my assistant helps me while I'm abroad. So they removed the block.
Is this an dangerous situation?

I would say that is dangerous, especially if the other person is using your name and other details. But then again if he reach the Eu limits, then if you prove who you are under his account, it should not be dangerous. But if he uses his own PayPal account and his own stealth account, then he can’t prove who he is, then he should get limited. I am not sure how that would effect you and your account.

Well firstly I wouldn't let anyone use my ebay. Especially if selling high risk items.

If he know about stealth paypal I'm sure he can make his own ebay to sell from to.

What if he runs up a massive ebay bill, then decides not to pay it? Or scams loads of folk? It's your real details and they will come for you.

A random suspension just because ebay or paypal cease to like your business model.

Ultimately that is the biggest risk in the game of online selling where we rely on amazon or ebay as a platform. Whether they want you there.
