New paypal account help !
hello guys, I'm a permanently limited from PayPal, the first time they've asked just for the card id pictures, that what I did I've sent pictures of card id, after the process is completed but they send email to send him additional information including 10 tracking information for the last 10 transactions, with suppliers contact information..
I've done all this but they don't respond to my email, so I decided to call them.
when I called an angry was replied to my call, after reviewing my account he decided to limit it...
after the second call to try another agent, they decided to permanently limit my account, and I've tried to call once twice third but no solution. each finds an excuse...
now I bought a new router and my question is: format my pc and the new router is a good solution to have a new clean address ip ? without any violation of PayPal policies ?
