I still use MLA to a degree, but not sure it's going to be sustainable due to the high costs. They increased their already exorbitant prices to $110 per month on the solo plan (up from $90 /mo before).
They did have a free version with 10 profiles which was was ideal for most situations, but did away with it. Yes, their support does leave a lot to be desired, I had some bugs that I tried reporting to them and they just ignored my messages.
When they upgraded their browser manager to "Rise" version 3.x I found it to be full of some annoying bugs, such as close buttons disappearing after a period of time, and the browser profile list going blank for no reason. Another problem is the browser loading time is slower than it used to be on the old (previously free) version.
There is another alternative called Kameleo browser but I have not played with it that much, but some users on this forum have mentioned it before.
There is also VMware Workstation, VirtualBox (Oracle), and a few other hypervisors and related products for the more tech savvy. |
