A REAL address. You can easily pick an address from a mcdonalds branch :d

TBH, i am always afraid of using any random address taken from the internet because just in case, there is an real account already existed on that address.
I wonder how these account sellers do this successfully.

address does not have to be unique,you can have more than 1 person living in the same address.
if they ask for utility bill,then it becomes a problem if your name is not on it.

some would use neighbor address and hope he will bring it to you,or a place you frequent a lot,like a mail drop off place where you dropoff your mail frequently. and become friend with those who work there!

I use https://www.royalmail.com/find-a-postcode for my UK accounts, absolute god send to get real home addresses, just check the address by searching it in google, make sure its a normal legit house not some abandoned place or anything. Not sure if its any better than an address from a real estate website but I like to think so as its not plastered all over the internet :P
