java installed or not
 

if creating business ebay account, it ask to turn on java.

using java or not when create ebay account,
1. will they link info if using different windows user account,
2. is also work on portable firefox?

Did you mean Javascript?
Javascript and Java are not even remotely related but one can easily be mistaken for the other.

The idea behind javascript in web browsers was to create websites that would be dynamic and interactive. However, advanced features have made way for tracking.

If they insist you turn on javascript, it would mostly be to identify/track you. Otherwise, they could give you the option to be served those account creation pages in well-formatted HTML.

will this linked ebay account by different windows user, and how about portable broswer
