Paypal & Ebay account different name

I have 2 Ebay account under my name but with the PayPal account of my wife so far it's everything OK.
It will be a problem if my wife opens an ebay account and use the same PayPal account?
PD: The Paypal adress are different but vinculated to the same account

Shouldn't be a problem but the accounts will be linked. Also, if the paypal gets into trouble both ebay accounts will be without a payment gateway.

If one goes down, the other 'linked' accounts will go down aswell. So be careful on this.
