Do Two User Accounts On Mac Have Different Info?

Hi guys, if I create a new user account on my MacBook and do my stealth account from there, will they detect that it's coming from the same computer? I'll be using my iPhones hotspot for the ip, but I'm concerned whether they have bots that will know it's coming from the same device even though the ip is different.

That's enough separation.

If you create a new user account on your Mac, cookies will not be shared between the browsers on each user account, so you would be good. They don't have the ability to dig any deeper than the cookies they store on your computer.
