Hi everybody. I have one ebay account running on firefox since I get this acc with firefox cookies used for it's setup. Is it ok if I login to this acc from chrome? The same ip and windows user account, just another browser. Won't Ebay recognize it like login from another device and hit with any verification?

I'd advise against it unless you have the phone used to create the account, so you could receive the verification text/call if they request to send you one. There's a small chance they would want you to verify yourself that way if you logged in from a new browser, since no cookies would be in place.
Cookies are more important than IP or anything else.

You can import cookies from FF to Chrome but its a roll of the dice if eBay will read these correctly or not. That is due to the ever-changing browser versions which FF and Chrome are both guilty of.
Unfortunately by the time you find out if it does not work, it'll be too late.
