Creating a new stealth account
 

My other eBay account got banned which was my primary, along with the PayPal I was using to receive payments is now limited and wants all this information... So im trashing both.

My question is how to I safely create a new eBay and PayPal account , does the eBay account need to have the same email as the PayPal account? How shall I verify my new PayPal account? Do I need to change address, phone, and my name on both? Aswell as my iP ?

How would I avoid PayPal asking for my ID or anything like that being that everything is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ / different name.

basically what are the do's and donts on creating a new PayPal and eBay, thank you.

Learn the stealth process and go new on everything. New user account on the computer is the first step.
