My account is completely blocked. I want to buy a couple of things on ebay, created a new account for another person, use a different computer and a different internet provider. Will the new account be blocked, given that I will only buy? (I do not plan to sell)

I had my original acct suspended years ago.
Opened another one with the same exact details just for buying purposes. Its been running for 5 years now with no issues.
