mc011 suspension

Hi,

so my first eBay got suspended and my other account with the same name(yes i know it's stupid) also did. I got a mc011 suspension on one account and permanent suspension. Are these accounts done and any tips on winning mc011 appeal? I tried to make new accounts but both got banned. The problem when they prompt you to verify your address and number as well as ssn. How do you get past this? Also can I use my real bank account or is a new one required?

Getting around mc011 will depend on if you can provide docs that they are requesting.

And all information must be real no way around it

Yea so my suspended account is real and I can provide all legitimate documents like a passport, bank statement, and company invoice. Hopefully they'll let me sell again. I tried to create a stealth with some random person and their legitimate address. Then when they prompted me to add the last 4 digits of a ssn, I changed it to my real name and addy. Yes, I know it was stupid but I didn't know what else to do.

Yes not the smartest thing to do

Work through what they want and you should get what you want, eBay needs sellers and if your original account was in good order you will be all right.
