Multiple accounts and VPN
 

Hello,
I'd like to buy some US accounts (PP and Ebay) So I'll need to use VPN service to get a US IP adresses for each account. At this point I'd like to have your advice :

1- I knew by reading on the forums that VPN isn't secure, but what if usinga dedicating IP adress (With VPN)?

2- If my I keep my selling at an average of 150$ per PP account, will this reduce the risk of getting flagged ? Or I can be suspended automatically when I Login using a VPN ? (No matter what I'm selling and how much)

3- I found this site offering good prices and can easilly obtain 10 Dedicated IP adresses, does anyone used their service before? madvpn.com - US VPN Service - USA/America

Why I want to own US accounts? Because It's easier to have a US Bank account (for PP verification purpose only).
I'll highly appreciate your help and advices.

I'm sure I have read on here a few times that you can succesfully manage a US account from a Canadian IP....

If your buying from lakeman or doughboykilla I'm sure they can advise you.

That would be GREAT if I can manage US accounts with a Canadian IP, I'll ask about this on an other post, and if anyone can confirm this I'll be very grateful.

what is your advice for me?
i am at Turkey and need to access US ebay acc and pp.
i must use VPN but which one is better?here is too many providers for that service.

I am using Mainvpn with my other accounts without any problems but only eBay not PayPal since i use Google checkout.
