Is there a solution to create a suspension free eBay guest or account for buying
 

Has anyone figured out how to create a guest eBay account or a new eBay account without getting suspended, when you have followed all the advice about choosing new IP address, computer, phone number, email and personal details etc. how not to get suspended because accounts seem to get suspended regardless, is it by random that accounts are not suspended?

No it's not, none of those I have is a problem. that hasn't helped me at all. I thought you would have shed light, like eBay needs verified buyer account name and addresses or eBay suspends accounts by random. Which it seems to be possibly eBay is suspending alot of accounts by random. I created made up name and addresses and some of the accounts go through fine without being suspended so I don't think name and address verification is required, although I'm not completely sure.

No proxy residential IP addresses are useless, account gets suspended when I use proxy residential IP addresses, sometimes they have been used before and when I make an account with the proxy IP address, an account gets suspended down it's time frame because it gets linked with another account through IP address.

proxy anything is iffy these days...real as much as possible

this is just guessing,how do you create a new email address ?
what do you have to give to get a new email adddress?

I have found a provider for email addresses now that I don't need a phone number to sign up with. But has someone got some info for me, are accounts suspended by random instead of an identification of the personal identity problem?

To be honest you are making me sound more right. I bought eBay accounts from Z2U and several days later all the accounts were suspended to. It's got nothing to do with me or my computer, my card. eBay must suspend accounts randomly when they are made. Or is there another personal identification factor at play.

you buy from sellers there and they may not follow basic procedures as they just want to have fast money so all their accounts are likely made usual similar details and methods

Personally, I still don't think it's random on the suspension end - there's usually factors/flag at play that add up to the system/platform generating the suspension status...
