Newbie that broke all the rules - Paypal Question
 

Hello all, I'm so excited to have found this place!

Well I've completely screwed myself over in the last week or so after not doing my homework. Having never heard of 'stealth', I attached 8 ebay accounts to one pp. Well, you can guess what is slowly happening to all of them!

Then my new pp/ebay account got suspended for 30 days, so I'm starting fresh. I have learnt alot in the past 48 hrs reading this forum, but do have a couple of questions.

Paypal records all bank accounts and cc's. I live in New Zealand and getting serveral of each is quite hard. My question is: when you close a paypal account, can you reopen another with the same CC? Or am I just a wishful thinker?

As you will find out with much more reading, Stealth means "NO LINKS" to your old accounts.
