Same personal info on all accounts?

I have a stealth account, a couple weeks old. I want to make a second account (sleeper) and link to the same Paypal.
*Do I use the same personal info, just create another user name/email?
*Will I also have to do phone verification with it?

well if the info on ALL 3 accounts is not the Same, They Will all eventauly get Linked together and be Suspended, also if one of your Ebay Accounts gets suspended, the other will go as well

As i know. If the Slapped said. If the account being suspend. The rest will get same. It's make a lot time to spend to develope new account. Just make split account. Then u will get the peace of mind if the slept account being suspend.
