Can you use
 

Hello all, I bought a ebay account and paypal acct on this site from a friend, I logged in to ebay and it worked. I didn't do any activity for about a month. I log in again and it said I was suspended. Damn:doh:. anyways my question is that paypal account is still up and running can I use it with another ebay account ?

The First thing you Need to figure out is why the Ebay account got suspended, and for what.---IP address issues, Perhaps?---

As for you Question, the Awnser is NO, the Ebay and Paypal account must have the Same Owner Information on Both accounts.

So if you open another Ebay account with the same information that is on your Paypal account which was the same information that is on the Suspended Ebay account your New Ebay account will also get suspended

Well - just thought I would like to add my own recent experience. I opened up an ebay account and paypal linked recently. Of course, I started selling on the ebay account - probably a little too quick, and a little too much so it got suspended asking me for ID Verification and such. Was a 'bogus info' account so I let it go.

Problem is the Paypal already has a bank account tie to it. So for the heck of it, I opened up an ebay account - went light on bidding, just start selling light and it is going alright....same IP, same info, same everything.

Just my 2 cents on getting an auto-suspension for ID verification - shrug free time spent.

It was a Canadian-based account.
