Multiple Accounts/Can't Change IP
 

All right, I need my veteran brothers and sisters to make my brain work.

I have a stealth account that is safe right now, no violations or suspensions. I want to open a new account. Changing my IP requires shutting the computer down overnight, so I don't think I can have multiple IPs.

*Do I just create another user account on my computer?
*Do I just change the first name, making it look like two people in the same house both have Ebay accounts?

I realize that if one goes down, they both go. But I am planning on being careful and just pushing them as long as possible. If I lose them, I'll just start over.

another user account, yes if you want a seperate ebay paypal account, with different info

same user, if you are just making another ebay to attach to your exisitng paypal as a 2 ebay to one paypal. all details should match.

as for ip, no need to change ip if its the latter option

So if i create a new user on my pc that will give me a new ip for each new user i create ?

No jimmy, user accounts have nothing to do with your ip. Have you tried following the guides here to try and change your ip?
