Does IP switcher software works for stealth?

I was wondering if this piece of software will allow me go stealth on Amazon and Ebay:

I don't see how.

It just switches your internet connection from one connection to another. You have to supply the internet connections.

The only way i see this being useful is if you have a personal wifi device like a mifi hotspot or a phone that can allow you to connect 5 - 8 users dynamic ips. also depends on the cellulars service provider.

The maybe this software can switch between the users and ips. it's just a way to avoid unplugging your connection and refreshing
