Ok I just had my Ebay account closed. I'm pretty sure it was because I had like 12 orders opened and had not been shipped. Anyway now have a new checking account opened. Can someone guide me as to how to create a ebay account without linking it to any past accounts.
I had opened a previous account with new checking account, phone, address, debit card. The only thing that was the same was my name. After the account was opened they put a $500 sales limit and asked me to link to a opened account. I don't know how they linked me because I used a public computer (library). Was it the name that linked me?
Anyway I'm ready to open a new account but I want to make sure it doesn't get linked. Need some helpful advice!

Using a Public computer (Library) is a bad idea. The same computer may have been used by an other account owner, if so, yours will be linked to.
You need to restart as a new person, New IP adress, New windows user, New VCC, New Bank, new phone and new adress.
You'll have all these informations in the Stealth Book, if you don't have it yet, then you need to do.
Yeah you are right! I read the Stealth Book again and this time I will use all new info and buy a cheap $100 notebook and $25 router. I'm thinking that should get me back on. I will also try using a name variation.
