Problem with Excel
 

I just wanted to point out a problem that I had in Excel and just found it recently.

I keep a spreadsheet and put the credit card info in. I needed to confirm the credit card numbers for some reason on one of the accounts and what I had was wrong for some reason. The last number was wrong. I changed it in the spreadsheet and happened to notice that it didn't save. It kept changing the last number to a "0". The cell was formatted as a number and for some reason it was rounding the last digit. I formatted it to text but it could have been a problem if eBay/PayPal wanted all the digits and didn't already tell me the last 4 numbers.

Be sure to correctly format those cells.

You could also input the ' character prior to entering the number into the cell. This also works if the number you are inputting starts with a zero as excel will automatically remove the zero unless you put the ' character in.

Hope it helps. On another note, I use the IP Burger facility to confirm my IP Address, lately though, when I copy and paste the new IP Address from IP Burger it seems to spread over 2 cells, the one I want to drop it into in my IP Address Log and also the cell below. Any help Askpin?
