Isn't it Expensive

If I can only list 10 things a month due to a selling limit and I make 10 accounts I'm going to have lots of money involved in AVS's

Aint it a bitch - it's called the cost of doing business on Ebay - if it isn't worth it don't do it

My advice would be to create a couple accounts, and make them to last. After the first few months on a solid respectable account, you limits will get raised and before you know it your account will be established. Even if you do create 10 accounts, thats only 100 items a month. My personal opinion is that this will lead to more issues than you think. Do not try to take it too fast and get everything done overnight. This is the number one problem people have, and cant imagine it is working, because they always end up back here asking what they did wrong. So, create one or two accounts, and make them to last. Your stress level, and income will be stable, and will eliminate so many problems.

I've been doing Business on Ebay for 10+ years - Its my living. I sell legit stuff and everything. I have had probably 10 accounts with feedbacks in the 20,000 ranges. Probably done over 500,000 transactions total. I just got family members to help me out making new accounts. When this last one went down I am bone dry of people to help. I do most of my sales on Amazon these days anyways but I used Ebay to unload excess inventory which is vital to the bottom line. 10 things a month isn't going to feed my 4 kids.........I hate Ebay......I Once had an account with over 15,000 feedback selling Video Games. All good stars and everything. One day I get a notice that says a random game I was selling worth 4-5 bucks tops was counterfeit. I called Ebay and the lady said It was suspicious because I was using a Stock Photo...........WTF!!

They refused to reinstate the account. They eventually 1-2 years down the line end up linking them even though I'm very careful on how I register. I'm a little nervous using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ info. I always at least used Family members names before

You are going about this entirely the wrong way.....

Making threads here there & everywhere means you might miss out on a reply that benefits you. Why are you thinking of making multiple accounts when you appear to have not even got the 1st one going?

Now you claimed 'you read stealth' but did not get it?

You mean you never got a copy OR you can not grasp the concept?:juggle:

Considering we have users from overseas whose first language is not English, can you explain further?

When you reply, I might merge your threads to help you trak everything to become a stealther :)

Sucks, but if you got a videogame business then I think you got good money coming in especially, but with 4 kids under 18 if that is the case then your f^^^!

Not sure what I'm doing wrong GD. I was just venting about Ebay in general.

It sucks having to start over and being limited to 10 items a month when I used to move 3000. Thankfully, I'm less dependent on Ebay because of Amazon these days but still need Ebay a bit.

As far as not understanding, I do understand everything besides some stuff about the credit cards. I get told to re-read the guide and read the forums........thats fine. Just thought I could get some clarification from the good folks on the forum. If noone wants to help thats ok.

oompaloompa 10-13-2011 07:25 AM

you did not make it clear what the question was about credit cards, I cannot see it on OP...so make it clear if you want an answer.

also reliance on ebay or amazon is so not a good idea for income, seen alot of people not be able to pay mortgages and come close to losing it all because of that. A part-time job or your own website, in addition solves that.
