Multible user accounts on any tablet?

I was just wondering if anyone knew if you can have multiple user accounts on any tablet?.., My research has told me that it is coming to android but is not ready yet. I can't seem to find this info about windows 7 tablets.

I thought it was possible on Android with tablets operating on Jelly bean,
but its a hidden feature

and I'm pretty sure Windows 8 tablets allow for multiple UA - that was one of their gimmicks during advertisment

only a full os can offer multiple accounts one one tablet.
ie windows 8,
that is the only full os available for ant tablet, may as well get a laptop at that point.
cheap laptop is 200$
windows 8 tablet 900-1500$
dosnt make sense, plus you need a keyboard if you have a lot of orders.
