Can I use sleeper ebay acct??

So I have a sleeper ebay account about a year used only for buying with 13 feedback. It is not linked to paypal. My main ebay got 100% limited on selling due to low DSR but I can still buy thru it. I have used both accounts from same IP in the past.

Question is should I even attempt to try selling now thru the sleeper using different IP and link it to a stealth paypal. Or would this be futile?

Read the bold print.

Danger lies there. The accounts have been linked by virtue of that IP usage.

Not ideal to do.

I would not rely on that account too much - it is possible to build it over time but since there is a link, risky
