Obviously logging in and out of 20 accounts a day to see what sold, what needs shipping, even email accounts can be time consuming.
What do you guys do? I heard someone say something about forwarding all emails from all stealth accounts to one email address?
What are some other ideas?

The simplest method really is forwarding all emails to one master account. Served me very well over the years without fault
You can also use likes like inkfrog, auctiva ect to flip between ebay accounts without issue.

Work out how to run one stealth account correctly first.
Then make more when you become proficient.
Takes time to learn to do stealth in such a way to not get linked.
You do not want to 'see' all your account activity at once. That will trip you up.
You work out how to access each account and remain unlinked.
There are no short cuts and it takes discipline to run multiple accounts.
Tools like excel files, IPBurger.com, James' IP checker would all be part of your method of operating.
The mantra would be I must not link accounts. |

Just wondering if your guys normally switch the accounts everytime or you use the vendors??
Or either way could perform good?

Understand Greenbean. You would suggest us to learn how to do the Stealth first? Then would consider to use the vendor if needed.

If you have a smartphone you can also use email programs such as "ibisMail". You can add all your email addresses.

I use thunderbird to keep an eye on all accounts. My mail is filtered so i just have to check folders to know what sold, questions, etc
To check what to ship, i use auctiva. I have multiple auctiva accounts. To make my life easier i use firefox with two addons:
* 1 that allows me to save my auctiva passwords so i don t have to retype them
* another one that allows me to sign in to several auctiva accounts at once on same browser
Works well for 20 accounts.
Thx
J.

You need to know the basics first.
Then later move to bigger and better.
Think of Victoria Peak in Hong Kong. Roads on it are hard to drive on if you are not used to them.
Stealth is the same. Find the ways out and learn to use them. |

What are some other ideas? | Lot of people use forwarding to gmail - images and beacons all turned off - then replying with the gmail account. That has worked.

I have a user account with no ebay or anything ever used on it that has every single seller accounts gmail on it.
I can sit on one user account and check the 15-20 current running accounts questions etc right from one user account.
Saves me a lot of time and I can see if I need to go to any one account to answer questions etc.
Type an s and get my sandyd gmail account right up with the password auto filling in so I can move through 15-20 current selling accounts quickly.

Just put every email address in your mail app for ur smartphone and anything you need to do with ebay/Paypal will come up in one in box.
And than I just log in and out of the accounts I need too
It's not that hard, even though I have over 30 accounts I sell on them in groups , so most activity is on 5-6 accounts at one time, but logging in and out gets to be second nature after a whole and takes 2 minutes

Never answer from the gmail ever.
I have multiple computers and this one I only use for personal stuff and gmails etc so I can go to the computer that has that particular account and check ip address etc and sign into my ebay account to answer the questions.
I never answer any email questions directly, I only respond in ebay messaging.
Also, never click on any links within an email.

Both Sandy & I have dedicated computers for our ebay accounts.
I do 'admin' on another computer.

Gmail is great to use especially on a smartphone where all your emails are directed to one inbox , you can see all activity easily for all accounts but never hit any link or respond
