question on service provider changing ip address randomly

So I just had my acct selling suspended this week and am currently looking at dongle services. But I do have a question regarding my home service where my acct was associated. I'm told by Charter that they will change your ip at certain times. I am curious, if I wait out until that IP change, am I safe to start accessing a new account from my computer (assuming I set it up as a new user)?

I'm looking at all this IP tracking that needs to happen and it just seems like a huge pain in the butt, so I am looking for simple and convenient ways that I can get up and running again.

Here's the thing with Charter and other Cable ISP's....They are for the most part DIFFICULT to have them change IP either themselves or manually(on your side). You need a service such as a Dongle, Mifi, Dialup, even Tethering where you can change IP's quickly and efficiently.

If you start accessing a new ebay/paypal account with the same IP which is associated with the banned account, you might as well take your new Ebay/Paypal accounts...take it outside and put a bullet in them. A new user account doesn't help if your going to use the same IP.

As I have mentioned....A Dongle, Mifi, Dialup, Phone Tethering are all perfect, you just have to pick one which suits your needs.

The mifi sounds like the most convenient way of accessing since I can use other devices with it. How does one go about changing the ip on that in a quick and convenient way?

Turn off....Turn On...check IP.

If that's it, then I'm checking out the mifi's vs the dongle. Thanks!

Any thoughts on the net zero hot spot? Work the same?

Netzero doesn't work, it's static.
