| Here's the thing with Charter and other Cable ISP's....They are for the most part DIFFICULT to have them change IP either themselves or manually(on your side). You need a service such as a Dongle, Mifi, Dialup, even Tethering where you can change IP's quickly and efficiently. Quote:

| If you start accessing a new ebay/paypal account with the same IP which is associated with the banned account, you might as well take your new Ebay/Paypal accounts...take it outside and put a bullet in them. A new user account doesn't help if your going to use the same IP. Quote:
