| | | mh1141 | 09-28-2014 11:54 AM | Purchased Ebay Account from forums ok so i purchased an ebay/paypal combo from a forum member.
I have the stealth guide etc.
I know that I can operate an out of state account with an IP local to my city, which is ok.
How do I establish a purchase history with an out of state address without changing the address? |
| xShevaa7x | 09-28-2014 12:11 PM | Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums Do you want a purchase history to actually buy things, or just for the strength of the account?
If it's just for the strength of the account I haven't ever bought anything on mine, but if you could bid on items that you're obviously not going to win and watch items similar to what you want to sell.
Might be different in the US, but here I have never bought anything on my stealth accounts, just looked, bid and watched a few items. |
| GoteBay | 09-28-2014 12:28 PM | Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums Don't change the address, if you are able to login, just browse and bid.
Most of the giant ISPs have massive pool of IPv4 in USA, so your IP addresses will be very close. Don't worry about IP, but log them. |

| pokerpro | 10-01-2014 05:07 PM | Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums I always e-mail the seller and say hey I'm going to bid on your item and if I win it, can you send it to a friend of mine as a gift".........or, I'm traveling, or I'm staying with my uncle for a while.....the reasons are endless. |
| Kiroshi | 10-02-2014 05:38 AM | Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums A good generic thing to bid on is things like iPads if it's still really low bid price. Also watch some random items. You can make it quite fun (maybe I'm sad!) creating this 'character' who eBay think you are from browsing data. My main stealth has me as a biker who is into Roman coins and comics, who has had several failed attempts at winning a new iPad Air! |

Buyers need to listen to whatever instructions given to them by sellers.
EG, avoid listing risky and expensive items.
Avoid transferring funds from stealth paypal to real paypals,
Sellers give advice on what to do.
Buyer MUST listen and not assume they know more.
Any new account made or purchased can be suspended/limited.
Trust is needed with paypal/ebay for all accounts.

Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums Just because someone buys an account vs setting up one...doesnt mean that it offers additional protection. |
| nicoleleeli | 10-14-2014 07:09 PM | Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums i get scared if i purchase an account when i make a new user on my computer and it's obviously going to have a new ip, so i am afraid it will be red flaged by ebay. Also whats a good time to list on it. Should i log in and watch items and bid for a week or wait longer? Just a thought if i have to go that route. |

| You should have a few days worth of cookies, browsing history before listing. Quote:

| Same answer from above applies to this one. |

1. there are no accounts with those limits for sale on these forums
2. Even if there were why would you risk your business by operating a single account instead of spreading your business across multiple accounts? That way if one gets taken down youre still operating. |

| shani1212 | 10-19-2014 07:58 PM | Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums Thank you in advanced for reading my message and your ans./input. It is advised that not to list VeRo item right way in a stealth account or change address even if its a aged account.
Question: If I create a history of bid, buy, and cookies. Change bank info after 1 month. Let the account age 3-4 month and then list VeRo item and add SS/EIN number as we all know that PP will ask for it eventually, would this steps might raise flag/or suspend the account? I really do not want to purchase any account for 250 dollar and waste the money...Your input/advice will be highly appreciate...
Thanks in advanced..... |
| joew8989 | 10-19-2014 08:32 PM | Re: Purchased Ebay Account from forums if the account is over a month old, you can list, Letting an account age isn't going to make any difference. Browsing and bidding before you list helps, but waiting after you establish new IP & computer, as far a s I know makes no difference. You pay your money and take your chances like the rest of us, but there are no guarantees. That's why you plant many flags over many accounts. As Kramer says diversification is the only free lunch. |

Thanks in advanced..... | You run a BIG risk listing VeRo on any account.
The idea of supplying EIN and SSN is totally poor, imo. If this account gets suspended permanently because of a VeRo item, you have lost their use anymore with paypal & ebay.
These are steps that are not (sadly) sensible just for the sake of high risk items.
Have you other items you could sell ? That's one option.
