PayPal Bank Account Guidance Needed

Before anything YES I HAVE STEALTH GUIDEBOOK

However, I am just curious as to how i can add a bank account to my paypal without opening one myself? Is there anyone here who is a trusted VBA UK seller? *VBA = Virtual Bank Account

Moreover, I would like to know am i able to use my bank account i currently use for my main paypal to verify this one or would paypal automatically click on and ban my stealth account?

EVERYTHING needs to be different. This means not using your bank from your other PayPal to VERIFY this account.

In the guide it does state all of this.

NEW BANK
NEW ADDRESS ( ACCESSIBLE )
NEW DOB
NEW WINDOWS USER
NEW IP ADDRESS

You cannot reuse the bank account that has already been used.
