some times my ip shows the ISP is Brghthouse and some times it shows Time warnr Cabel, why is that?

That is the main wifi hub.

They share a tower in which they all broadcast together.

I get the same thing with 4 ISPs here in NY : TWC, Brighthouse, optimum and comcast.

If your Service provider is out of IPs (or they are all busy) they will branch off onto one of the neighboring stations IPs. Even with your same login info

Cool, make sence, thanks, but now my ip's seem to be the same but only changes last 2 digits, before all the numbers where changing, will this stay on for long or is it short term. example ip's before is 74.24.15.66 now 72.200.400.** 72.200.400.** 72.200.400.** so only last 2 digits change, thats strange.

yeah it happens with me too. Its nothing to worry about.

If kids are at school, it leaves more IPs free for you to use :) Meaning you may get consecutive numbers.
