I have got multiple account but one supplier
 

I have got multiple eBay and PayPal accounts to spread the sales but I only have one supplier and he only accepts PayPal.
How can I buy things from him with my multiple accounts (three accounts)?

I'm buying and selling Samsung electronics.

Send him payments from each account but be real careful on the shipping addresses. If possible send him payments and just let him know what address to ship to so you dont need it on the payments.

Personally - when I have a supplier - I use a separate pp for paying him - so it doesn't look like I am dropshipping or so

I dont think it really matters to his account if he is a supplier he is getting tons of pp payments all the time. the ONLY important thing is your addresses in your accounts do not create address links in your accounts!

Why dont you transfer the money to a bank acct and pay your supplier with 1 payment with a CC? I usually pay my CC back with the money from my bank account. You just need to make sure everything is balanced.

I also found some suppliers from eBay also.
It can make it little bit more complicated.

Can I use another platform for my 3 accounts? Example: I will send money to Skrill, bitcoin etc and then send all money to one (fourth) PayPal account and make the purchase?

The best thing would be to Withdrawal the funds, and than use a separate paypal account to make your purchases

Or if they have a wholesale website where you can place the orders and pay with a cc. Thats what we do with our wholesale customers.

depends.
if he recives many payments and he keeps his paypal in good standing it is almost impossible to paypal to link your accounts because they don't check all the accounts in the world one by one. They only check the accounts if they are suspecious of something. If you both keep your accounts in good standing there is absolutly no problem.
