About address proof
 

I am going to open multiple accounts. Some questions want to be verified:
1) Will ebay ask fro address proof?
2) Can ebay check the address registered on the bank account and credit card?
3) Do the address on bank account and credit card need to be same as the one register on ebay and paypal?

Please add your location to your account here.
eBay/Paypal rules vari by country.
Go to your "User CP" and list your location.
This helps since eBay/Paypal Rules are different by country.

As for your questions:
1 - Yes they will in the form of a credit card.
2 - Credit card - YES...... Bank Account - No (I would never give eBay Banking information)
3 - Credit card - YES...... Bank Account - No (I would never give eBay Banking information)

Being a Stealth eBay/Paypal seller takes MANY tricks and they all must be done for each account.

If you read through this forum heavily for a few days you will learn most of them.

99.9% of the information that I can provide to you I can ONLY back up with experience on a USA based Paypl account.
Since things are different country to country things could be and will be different for you since you are in Hong Kong.

eBay & Paypal will charge your CC in order to get the information back from the credit card issuing company.
That information will contain the name/address/city/state/country of the card holder.

yes ive done the different address format and it has worked, but chance it wont, but i would try it with a slightly different name. its useful anyway if you want to buy, as long as it gets there ok. also set up a few other accounts so you have others to fall back on, with other addresses. If you have a common name reuse it, in conjunction with ⊗⊗⊗⊗ address, it will be useful for proof of name id in future. or get a pobox and rename it office/apartment.
